☆ All hydraulic parts are from Yuken (Japan). Pressure & proportional control are set by PLC, which ensures the stable operation; Mold movement is controlled by special speed limited valves, ensuring precise position and non-striking.
☆ Parts of pneumatic system are imported from FESTO (Germany), airtec (Germany), SMC (Japan), etc, which are top brands in the world. These make sure the operation of machine reliaby and accurately; the air circulation is large while the leakage is very small.

2.Installation Service
Installation, test running of machines and training will be supported by our technicians, but all expenditure including 65USD/day of allownce for technician will be bound for the buyer.
3.Training Service
The experienced engineer is available to your factory and offer training of how to use the machines. As well, you may send your technician to our company to learn how to operate machines.
4.Quality Guarantee
a.We guarantee the quality of machine (e.g. processing speed and working performance is the same as the data of samples making). We sign the agreement with detailed technical data.
b.We arrange final test before shipment. We run the machine for at least 3 days, and then use customer's materials for test. After making sure machine is the best performance.
c.One year for the whole machine dated from shipment, except that barrel and screw for a half year, mould platens for 3years, exclusive the wearing parts. All transportation fee will be paid by the buyer. After one year, we can help to maintain the machine and accessories are provided only on cost price.
