II. Main Characteristic

1.Specially made PET screw highly increases the plasticizing speed and shot weight, lowers the plasticizing temperature and AA value, also lowers the shearing of preform, while achieves better transparency.
2. The servo motor control system can save energy by 30%-50%, while the variable pump control system can save energy by 25%-45%.
3. Different models are available for the choice of customers, Max. shot weight:5000g.
4. Increasing eject force ejector stroke, accepts PET preform molding.
5. Whole closed safe door meets the requirement of sanitary and thermo-control.
6. Hot runner system interface is included.
7. Optional with pressure holding and charge at the same time, which can increase the output by 15%-25%.
